Intriguing blend of 83% Godello, 10% Albarino and 4% Treixadura and 3% Dona Blanca.
Wild yeast fermented all parcels handled and vinified separately. Fermentation in a variety of large tanks and oak and then aging in French and Austrian oak of differing sizes and ages, just a tiny proportion new.
Has some citrus and stone fruit, a touch of salinity on the nose and some nutty, toasty oak- very appealing. On the palate the fruit is still tangy, clean and fresh, beneath the weight of the wine there is lovely acidity. Has a wonderfully textural feel, long rich with a creaminess, some spice too. All in perfect balance. Delicious wine!
