Domaine Philippe et Vincent Jaboulet Ermitage Blanc 2020

Impressive, the 2019 Ermitage Blanc is 100% Roussanne that was brought up in 50% new French oak. It offers lots of ripe orchard fruits and quince-like fruits as well as bitter almond and spicy oak, medium to full body, a seamless, layered texture, and a great finish. I like its purity as well as its balance. This is a terrific, rock-solid Hermitage Blanc.
