Delicious, zesty off-dry white Jurancon. 50% Gros Manseng, 30% Petit Courbu and 20% Petit Manseng, fermented and aged in stainless steel. This is an estate on the rise, the vineyards are farmed biodynamically but not certified yet. This is full of white peach, and apricot with lovely crisp acidity. Lots of character and a versatile food wine as plenty of concentration. Its rich but fresh could work well with rich creamy dishes, terrines and paté's and very light dessert like a poached pear, would be interesting to try it with spicy food too.
