“The winter was mild, as it has been for several years now, but particularly windy. Spring brought good weather, and the sunny days, along with rising temperatures, kick-started growth. In August, two weeks of intense heat significantly impacted the vines, prompting us to adjust our plans and bring the harvest date forward in pursuit of the perfect balance.

The 2023 grapes were abundant and of excellent quality. Harvesting took place under blazing sunshine from 2 to 7 September. Our vinification process remained unchanged; our well-established approach to white winemaking allows us to craft wines with a distinctive style while preserving the unique character of each plot and the vintage. The wines initially appear a little shy and reserved but are set to evolve beautifully with time. “
