The grapes come from the maritime terroir and stony soils from Canet-en-Roussillon hills and Perpignan lending freshness and vitality. Average age of the vines is 25 years and the yield is 50 hl/ha. Made with 85% Grenache and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. The Grenache Noir is directly pressed and macerated for 10 hours. The varieties are fermented separately at a temperature of 16 °c in stainless steel tanks. Intense nose, fresh and fruity strawberry and cherry fruit with floral notes through to a balanced and vibrant palate with a persistent long finish.
