Domaine J.Laurens Crémant de Limoux Clos des Demoiselles 2023

The top cuvée from Domaine J.Laurens, a little more serious than their other Crémants. Chardonnay 60%, Chenin Blanc 25%, Pinot Noir 15%. Aromas of white flowers and exotic fruit are joined by toast and honey on the palate. Powerful, with Champagne-like structure and lively bubbles.
