Stunning wine from the North of Greece. Has all the perfume and stone fruit of Viognier but also creamy nutty oak and lovely limey acidity that gives the wine such lovely freshness and balance. All the textural richness of classic Viognier, but no oily or fat characters. Great food wine too. A revelation! NY I was lucky enough to try this while on holiday in Greece, and was blown away. It’s a rich and decadent wine, classic viognier floral notes and tropical fruits and a lovely long mouthfeel. A fantastic wine that would work well with a lot of foods. JY
