Diamantakis Diamantopetra White 2024

Delicious oak aged blend of 50% Vidiano and 50% Assyrtiko. From vineyards in Crete that are cool in the evenings, meaning the wines retain perfume and acidity. Tangy citrus and stone fruits, lemony with some integrated oak giving just a hint of vanilla. Lovely on its own but also very food versatile, think all sorts of fish and shellfish dishes and especially fish pie.
