This delicious, thirst-quenching Rose is made with the indigenous Liatiko grape variety. After a short skin maceration the juice is cool fermented in stainless steel tanks to produce a wonderfully refreshing wine which balances delicate strawberry fruit with sour cherry and hints of spice. The finish is long, well-balanced and satisfyingly dry and whilst being a great quaffer its also a pretty smart food wine, being good with seafood, salads, white meats even grilled lamb chops.
