Lovely floral, zippy Txakoli produced using the Hondarribi Zuri variety of grape, a local variety only cultivated in this area. Fermentation is stopped during the process which leaves the slight effervescent feel to the wine. The intense aroma is mirrored on the palate, leaving a pleasant and long-lasting flavour.
