Château Fontarèche Tradition Blanc IGP Pays d'Oc 2023

A delicious, crisp, aromatic blend of Rolle (Vermentino), Sauvignon Blanc and Colombard, with vibrant citrus fruit flavours and a refreshing acidity. According to Vincent, the use of Rolle/Vermentino in the blend results in a better wine, but it also means the ‘Tradition Blanc’ can’t be classified as Corbières.

A powerful nose of white fruit, citrus, tinged with a hint of fine minerality. The palate is fresh and supple with flavours that resonate on the long and enticing finish which highlights the intricate balance between the fruity aromatics the vibrant acidity.
