A blend of 40% Carignan, 30% Syrah, 25% Mourvèdre, 5% Grenache. Unoaked and the Carignan is made using Carbonic Maceration to enhance its juicy vibrant qualities.

Bright red and black berry fruit on the nose with a touch of chocolate and fruit compote.
Bright fruits on the palate, a wealth of black cherry and berry fruit, almost a creamy mid palate with lovely soft, ripe tannins. It's full flavoured but served cool- say 16-17c it is really bright and juicy, this is incredibly versatile - think burger to stews and casseroles or as their website says pork cheeks in beer, mature Munster cheese!
