César Márquez 2025 Release Mixed Red Case

We’re thrilled to offer the outstanding new 2023 wines from César Márquez, one of Spain’s most exciting young winemakers. Based in Bierzo, Galicia, César crafts elegant, perfumed wines from ancient vineyards with a focus on balance, minerality and drinkability.

We’ve been championing his wines for over four years, and they just keep getting better. After years making wine at his family estate, Castro Ventosa, César launched his own label in 2015. His wines are now turning heads across the wine world.

Mixed 6 Case

The 2023 reds are exceptional — refined, expressive and full of energy. This mixed 6-case is the perfect way to experience César Márquez's range of red wines, Highlights include the village wine Valtuille, and single-parcel crus like Sufreiral and Villegas. All six red wines have just been rated 94–98 points by Luis Gutiérrez in Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate.

These wines are gaining serious critical attention, but their pricing remains extremely fair. They’re beautiful to drink now (we recommend serving at around 14–15°C), and will age gracefully over the next several years.
