Celler del Roure 'Vermell' 2024 Case

Delicious red from the brilliant Celler del Roure winery in Moixent, Valencia. Aged in clay amphora for c5 months. 

ith a slight chill. Red cherry and berry fruits are the main focus with a touch of spice, it's all quite crunchy and easy drinking. A Valencian Beaujolais almost! Great with fish like tuna through to red meats too.
