Celler del Roure 'Vermell' 2020 Case

Delicious red from the brilliant Celler del Roure winery in Moixent, Valencia.

c70% Garnacha Tintorera 30% Mando, after fermentation the wine spends 5 months in clay amphora.

Its a lovely bright, fresh, perfumed red, great served with a slight chill. Red cherry and berry fruits are the main focus with a touch of spice, its all quite crunchy and easy drinking. A Valencian beaujolais almost! Great with fish like tuna through to red meats too.
