Perfectly balanced and dry in style, with mouth-watering natural acidity and stunning minerality. Precise with bags of personality. The nose shows a range of intense youthful aromas of lemon, orange blossom and mandarin. The palate has a delicate ripe grapey character, perfectly balanced by sherbet flavours, a mouth-watering natural acidity and stunning minerality. 

Great with Asian inspired dishes, think ginger, lemongrass, chilli etc
