The white La Vella comes from an old vineyard ("la vella" means "the old" in the Valencian language) and is a young, unoaked and fresh wine with 80% Merseguera and the rest Malvasía and Tortosí grapes. It fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, where it matured with lees for five months, and was bottled unoaked.
