Ca dei Frati 'I Frati' Lugana 2023

Made with the local Turbiana variety, now believed to actually be Verdicchio. The wine spends extended time on its lees. Full of ripe apple, stone fruit and citrus with delicate spice. Really pure and clean with lovely palate weight. Not too bone dry either making it really food versatile with all sorts of fish, even white meats.
