Les Six' is a blend of six grape varieties, co-fermented together in pairs to show how the rare and ancient varieties of Carignan Noir, Cinsault and Counoise can enhance the more popular southern Rhône varieties of Grenache Noir, Syrah and Mourvèdre. The wine is vinified (using traditional methods in) and matured in tronconique (6,0000 litre oak vats) for up to twelve months in the Cairanne cellars of Domaine Boutinot Rhône.
