Clos Lojen is a red wine from the Manchuela region.
This wine is made with grapes of the Bobal variety from different vineyards owned by the winery, over 30 years old and grown in clay, calcareous soil.
Clos Lojen can be enjoyed now or kept for some years. Wild yeast fermented. It aged for 7 months in French oak barrels. I like it served cellar cool and when the bright crunchy red and black berry fruits are to the fore. It's delicious now that's for sure!
