"The young red 2024 LZ was produced with a blend of Tempranillo, Graciano and Garnacha from organically farmed vines. It fermented with indigenous yeasts in small concrete tanks for 15 days and matured in those concrete tanks for six to seven months. They got 50% less grapes than in 2023.
