A beautiful aged Manzanilla Pasada called Pastrana. Between Manzanilla and a dry Amontillado. It's just such a good all purpose sherry and i have enjoyed this greatly with a selection of tapas, it copes well with anything from fish to chorizo, a superb value. 75cl
