Fabulous high altitude Torrontes from the region of Salta. The high altitude (and we are talking well over 2,000m above sea level) means the grapes retain more freshness. So you get al the lovely musky aromatics, the orange peel etc, but its grapier and fresher on the palate, still with spice but not fat. Great with slightly spicy dishes especially fish, but make a refreshing change in its own right.
