Bodega Cerron 'El Tiempo Que Nos Une' Jumilla 2022
Vineyards in the village of Fuente-Álamo. All the wine comes from calcareous soils that provide a marked salinity and refreshing sensation in the mouth despite harvesting with high maturities. They are more immediate vineyards that look at south face and therefore have a more fruity component. A village wine that defines our landscape through three pillars, warm days, cold nights and limestone. It's wonderfully juicy and bright for Jumilla, Bright cherry and plum spice too, but all very easy and fresh and delicious with a light chill. Still got plenty of weight too so a very good food match. A welcome fresher style for Jumilla.
