80% Pinot Noir and 20% Gewurztraminer are co-fermented to make a wine that's fun, bright, and bouncy. Red cherry notes from the Pinot Noir meet with lychee and tropic fruit in the Gewurztraminer to create a flavour that's both charming and enjoyable. Juicy and aromatic with refreshing acidity.
Even more enjoyable lightly chilled, this wine pair perfectly with Asian dishes like sticky plum duck or a fragrant Thai curry. It also shines alongside creamy salmon risotto.
