First generation winemakers, the Ford family planted their first vines in 2018. Now, in 2025, their dedication bears fruit in the form of two sparkling wines the Classic Cuvée and a Sparkling Rosé. From last year, they also have a state-of-the-art winery on site, next door to the vines and their home, that will allow the family to control the wimemaking from the grape pressing to aging to bottling.
Bottle-fermented by the traditional method, the blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier leads to flavours of summer berries intertwined with a citrus lift, along with a touch of brioche from lees aging.
