Avignonesi 'Da-Di' Toscana I.G.T. Rosso 2021

Delicious new organic red from Avignonesi. Organic Sangiovese grapes are wild yeast fermented around 30% whole bunches, 100% whole grapes. Fermented and aged in 12 Tuscan clay amphorae. The winemaking and aging in amphora has produced a wonderfully vibrant and pure wine. Full of crunchy, sweet cherry fruit with just a twist of herb. Joyful ! Best served cool.
