Sourced primarily from Sierra Madre Vineyard, the Pinot Gris contributes bright acidity, while Pinot Blanc from Bien Nacido Vineyard adds layers of minerality. The 2023 vintage benefited from a prolonged growing season, allowing for optimal ripeness and acidity retention. Hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed, and fermented in neutral French oak, giving the wine a lovely textural feel, also this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation for added complexity.
