Apello Sauvignon Blanc 2021

A long term NYW favourite. Made exclusively for a group of independant wine merchants in the UK, this is remarkably consisitent. Gooseberry, elderflower, subtle herbaceous notes on the nose. Crisp fresh, classic Marlborough Sauvignon on the palate with passion fruit and lemon with just a hint of pineapple. Not as overtly tropical as some and all the more drinkable for it.
