Capitel Foscarino is an 80% Garganega and 20% Trebbiano single-vineyard from steeply sloping, tuffaceous soil (at 350 meters above sea level), whose especially fine components are enhanced by a minuscule yield of 18 hl./a.
Shows great depth and character, with ripe fruit reminiscent of peaches with floral elements, fresh balanced acidity and a long, persistent finish.
