Blend of 85% Malbec, 10% Cabernet Franc, 5% Tannat. 12 months in 20% new French and American oak, balance in older oak. It's a big hearty red, dense plummy fruit and spice, meaty too with a lovely intense core. Long and surprisingly soft on the finish, but still at its best with full flavoured dishes,
