Allegrini Valpolicella 2024

 I love this wine, a model of consistency, so bright and pure- at its best served cool which highlights the bright, crunchy red berry and cherry fruit. Lovely on its own but also very versatile with food, and can cope with tomato, delicious with an amatriciana pasta this evening, and tried again with a rib eye steak and great with that too.
