A blend of native grapes Maria Gomes (otherwise known as Fernão Pires) and Bical which are the predominant white grapes of the region. Macerated for 12 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at 16 degrees - to preserve the delicate fruit aromas and flavours.
Lovely floral, grapey nose with some candied lemon peel aromas lead onto a textural palate with savoury characters, lemon citrus acidity, a hint of tropical fruit and a mineral twist. Refreshing and interesting!
