This is absolutely spot on, in a very zesty almost spritzy, refreshing style with a hint of salinity, lime and white peach. It's got good weight too, with some proper length too, it's more than just a scorchable white. Lovely on its own but would be great with freshly grilled prawns, sardines and the like.
