"The 2021 Garnacha Blanca has a similar profile as the Torrontés, with moderate alcohol and very high acidity. This comes from the vines they have been regrafting, different biotypes from a massal selection. The wine is floral and perfumed, delicate and ethereal, with Mediterranean and citrus notes, mixing ripeness and power with freshness and elegance. It has 13.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.23 and 6.1 grams of acidity. Like all the whites, it fermented and matured in oak barrel for five months. 1,658 bottles were filled in April 2022." 94 pts Luis Gutiérrez The Wine Advocate
I tried this in Valencia recently (Oct 22) and it was absolutely delicious, pefumed with fabulous bright, crisp citrus and stone fruits, a touch of spice and beautifully integrated oak, long and fresh and already lovely.
