"The 2020 12 Volts was produced with 60% Callet, 30% Syrah and the remaining 10% Mantonegro, Fogoneu and Merlot from different vineyards in Felanitx and Binissalem, ranging from 15 to 40 years of age on red clay soils. It fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel for some 20 days. Forty percent of the volume matured in 3,000-liter oak foudre, 30% in third-year barrique and the rest in fourth-year barriques, for nine months. It has only 12% alcohol and a pH of 3.6 with mellow acidity. It's a little darker than its siblings, with faint creaminess and notes of wild berries and herbs. The palate is medium-bodied with abundant, fine-grained, chalky tannins. " 93 Points, Luis Gutierrez, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
