Kaiken takes its name from the wild Patagonian geese that fly freely across the Andes — a fitting symbol for the winery’s story. Founded in 2002 by legendary Chilean winemaker Aurelio Montes, Kaiken was born from his vision to cross the mountains and unlock Mendoza’s vast potential for world-class wines.
Today, Kaiken is one of Argentina’s most respected producers, crowned 'New World Producer of the Year' by the 'Sommelier Wine Awards 2024' and proudly B-Corp certified, reflecting a deep commitment to sustainability and responsible winemaking. With estate vineyards in Mendoza and the Uco Valley, Kaiken specialises in Malbec and outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon, including rare old vines in Vistalba, Luján de Cuyo, first planted in 1910.
A brilliant opportunity to explore modern Argentine wines alongside a selection of delicious food, including two hot dishes.
