RESCHEDULED Thursday 4th June - 7.30pm £45pp
Join us for a special wine evening celebrating two of Greece’s most influential and forward-thinking producers: Kir-Yianni and Domaine Sigalas. Hosted by Lambros Papadimitriou – General Manager at both Kir – Yianni & Domaine Sigalas wineries.
Founded by visionary winemaker Yiannis Boutaris, Kir-Yianni has played a defining role in the modern revival of Greek wine. Now led by Stellios Boutaris, the estate continues to champion indigenous varieties—particularly Xinomavro—while pushing boundaries with sustainable, site-driven viticulture across the high-altitude vineyards of Naoussa and Amyndeon. Their wines range from elegant, structured reds to vibrant whites and sparkling expressions, all showcasing the remarkable versatility of Greece’s native grapes.
Alongside them, Domaine Sigalas stands as one of Santorini’s benchmark estates. Established by Paris Sigalas and now under the stewardship of Kir-Yianni, the domaine is renowned for producing some of Greece’s finest expressions of Assyrtiko. Grown in ancient, volcanic soils and shaped by the island’s harsh winds, these wines are celebrated for their purity, minerality, and precision, embodying the unique terroir of Santorini.
Throughout the evening, you’ll explore a selection of wines from both estates, paired with charcuterie and cheeses, designed to complement the wines’ distinctive styles.
An unmissable opportunity to discover the depth, character, and innovation of contemporary Greek winemaking.
