Sottano Seleccion Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 Bottle

Argentina is making some lovely Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and to an extent Cabernet Franc are getting all the press, yet Cabernet Sauvignon is a little undervalued. This is classic Sottano- deep, juicy, cassis, oak, spice- a voluptuous mouthful, yet nothing overdone. Great length too, this is crying out for some red meat- pink lamb could be the real winner- char or wood grilled!
