Aconcagua Costa sits close to the Pacific coast in Chile's Aconcagua Valley, where cooling ocean fog and breezes moderate what would otherwise be a warm inland climate. It's one of the newer areas driving Chile's shift toward cooler-climate wine, planted with Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that show more restraint and freshness than the riper styles traditionally associated with Chilean wine.
