We are delighted to announce the release of the new 2024 vintages from Te Mata Estate.
The wines from this vintage show impressive concentration and clarity, with deep colour, firm structure and a refined sense of balance. Cabernet Sauvignon excelled in particular, marking 2024 as a classic example of the style.
2024 at Te Mata Estate was characterised by warm, dry conditions and naturally low yields, with small bunches and compact berries requiring precise vineyard work throughout the season. Close attention in the vineyard meant the fruit was harvested at an ideal point, maintaining freshness and acidity despite the heat.
