UK Mainland delivery is FREE OF CHARGE for any order over £150 excluding any wine on special offer, e.g: Mixed Cases where the charge is a flat fee of £9 be it for one case, or several; En Primeur/Pre Release Offers (when delivery is charged upon release/transfer), Sale/Bin End offers.

Deliveries to Highlands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man have variable surcharges depending on the location - please note these are passed across at cost from the courier.

DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries are sent on a next day service via courier. This does not mean we will always be dispatching the day of the order as not all items are physically in our local warehouse. We aim to get deliveries out as soon as possible, but obviously wines can go out of stock from time to time. Should the delay be more than a 48 hours we will contact you to advise a delivery estimate. If you need the wine for a particular date, or before a particular date please make sure you mention this in the comments section when placing your order. Actual time of delivery is based upon 9am-5.30pm unless premium services are paid for; Saturday & Sunday deliveries are available at a premium.

WHAT ABOUT IF NO ONE IS HOME TO MEET THE COURIER?

If no one is home, the courier will leave a card to say they have attempted delivery. Alternatively, you may authorize the courier to leave the order in a certain place. All our deliveries are by DPD and/or APC and you can adjust your deliveries/add notes/set safe places and preferred neighbours within the appropriate app. You will receive and email/text the evening prior to delivery and again on the morning of the delivery - the latter with the estimated delivery window.

IMPORTANT NOTE: if a request is made for wine to be left unattended, NYWines cannot be held responsible if the wine goes missing after the courier has delivered it. All deliveries have photographs taken and gps locations recorded - which is great for when the courier goes to the wrong address!!
