Tim Atkin MW South Africa 2021 Report Feature

“ Despite South Africa being one of the most beautiful and dynamic wine producing countries in the world, many South African producers remain frustrated with the lack of world-wide recognition for their wines. Tim’s detailed, down-to-earth annual South African report takes large steps to address this and is key in building awareness and reputation for South African wine. Now on its seventh edition, it is still thrilling to discover new South African gems and Tim’s in-depth tasting of all the wine regions guides you through the exciting developments and wines to look out for.
After championing South African wine since 1990, I have built a business from them. It is fantastic to have Tim’s report which exposes and validates the depth and worthiness of South African wine. (I highly recommend you sit back in the comfort of your armchair, glass of South African wine in hand and download Tim’s report!) ”

The Churchill Selection

The Churchill Selection

Churchill is our mid-level case and the first that is available as a 6-pack too. Again, the case comprises of 3 different whites & reds, although in Summer we may include a rose. Whites are a mixture of the fresh aperitif style, and the more textured, fuller-bodied food friendly styles. Oak may be an influence but always on the delicate, seasoning taste. Reds are generally a little deeper and have some more complexity. The focus is always on quality and interest.
