Viticulturist Edy del Popolo and winemaker David Bonomi have created what is one of the most exciting new projects in South America of the last decade. Edy is a terroir expert, he has established numerous vineyards in the Uco Valley, and jumped at the chance to plant what could be one the authentic Grand Crus of the New World. There is an old Monastery high up in Gualtallary, where Edy was encouraged by the monks to plant a small vineyard on a ridge overlooking the valley. The soils are incredibly complex with scores of different minerals and a high proportion of chalk-covered rocks.  Each of their wines comes from a specific section within the vineyard, with a different soil type.

We are offering a Mixed 6-Pack containing 3 bottles of the Inseparable and 1 each of Volare, Iubileus, & La Craie - naturally in tiny quantities. The Inseparable and Iubileus are also available by the bottle.
