The wine undergoes four months lees ageing and daily batonnage. 70% of the wine is aged in stainless steel, and 30% in French oak barrels of varying sizes (10,000, 600 and 500 litre).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNot sold this for a while but tried in Spain recently and its a real step from most of the Rueda Verdejo's around. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRipe stone fruit aromas with lightly savoury, herbal notes. The palate has flavours of ripe citrus, fresh nectarine and peach.
