These work so well in the Mediterranean climate, ripening late, not getting too alcoholic and having lovely freshness.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis new 2025 is singing, have drunk it several times in Spain and it's delicious. A touch lighter than the last couple of vintages which seems to have highlighted the bright fruit. It's a lovely fresh, perfumed red, great served with a slight chill. Red cherry and berry fruits are the main focus with a touch of spice and herb, it's all quite crunchy and easy drinking. A Valencian Beaujolais almost! Great with fish like tuna through to red meats too.
