It comes in at 13% alcohol, with a pH of 3.55 and 4.54 grams of acidity, and it's balanced, medium-bodied and fine-boned, with very fine, chalky tannins. It's a slightly more serious version of the 2023, with a little more ripeness but also more freshness, showing more of the Mediterranean character. Delicious!
