Mineral and multi-dimensional from a great terroir. Fresh citrus aromas are touched with nettle and savoury notes, and a delicate, dry palate displays power and the potential to age for 10 years or more. Lime and lemongrass flavours, an oily texture, and petrol and orange fruit notes on the finish. Would make a fantastic companion to cod, scallops and oysters.

Great concentration of dried apricots and roses on the nose, along with subtle kerosene aromas. On the palate there is tropical fruit, white flowers, candied orange, a hint of Sorrento lemons and juicy lime, with some gentle lees notes, bitter almonds, phenolic ripeness and long, grippy acidity. Beautiful concentration and balance, with gorgeous, saline and mineral acidity."
