One of my favourite wines since its debut 2013 release. A 48%/47% blend of Tempranillo and Touriga Nacional, plus 5% Tinto Cao from McLaren Vale and Barossa Valley. Full of ripe, juicy, berry and plum fruit, has a lovely sweet fruit character, spice, integrated oak and good acidity. Really mouth-filling but easy to drink, although some savoury blacker fruit characters on the finish gives it some structure and extra complexity. Lovely now, will age, crying out for good beef.
