Another attractive wine in the Les Volets range. From vineyards just outside Limoux, giving a cooling influence. This is a lovely bright, fresh, lemony Chardonnay, with just a touch of oak which gives the wine more body, length and complexity without losing any of its freshness. A great seafood wine from fresh to fish pie but also a good match to chicken and vegetable dishes.
